Overall, I have had a good experience with the H500
across multiple phones: Sony Ericsson, Samsung,
Motorola, UTStarcom.
Downsides:
low volume in noisy environments (highway driving, for
example), lacks locking feature to keep headset from
accidentally turning on or making unintended calls
from your pocket
Upsides:
sound quality, small size, comfort

This is a great little device. It was easy to hook up and simple to use. It does everything it is supposed to do and the battery lasts a long time.
The price was right and I am very happy with this purchase.

I have tried several bluetooth headsets, but this is the most comfortable to me because it does not have a button that fits inside your ear. This almost fits flush with your ear. I am very satisfied with the way it functions. There are times when I have to touch it to see if it is there it is so comfortable.
