 Impressive product, but unsufficient operating instructions October 28, 2006

I bought the telescope three weeks ago as present for my six years old granchild. The item arrived in time and in good condition. My son in law, who is a computers engineer, had difficulties in assembling the telescope because of the poor instructions included. Until today they are not able to use the telescope properly because of lack of good operating information. We consider returning the telescope to the shop.

We bought a travel trailer this summer. Along with the great camping, we noticed the stars are so brilliant and seem so close! We were going to buy binoculars but my husband found this telescope on Amazon.com and we were hooked! We are taking it camping this weekend and hope to really learn and enjoy! The ordering and fast shipping were also a bonus! E. Klick
