Each satellite speaker sports a 3.5-inch mid-range driver that handles the mids and highs, while the subwoofer's 5.25-inch long-throw woofer--which is housed in a wood cabinet with a front-ported enclosure--reproduces the lows with precision. The center speaker, meanwhile, offers its own 3.5-inch driver to play back the dialogue, ensuring that actors' voices always sound warm and crisp. The center speaker is also magnetically shielded, so you can place it on or near the TV without distorting the onscreen image.

Technical specifications include an overall frequency response of 50 Hz to 20 kHz, max power handling of 60 watts RMS, and a sound pressure level of 91 dB (89 dB for the rear speakers). The subwoofer is also equipped with several essentials, including a built-in 60-watt amplifier, two RCA line-level and speaker-level inputs, and an independent volume control for optimal level matching with the rest of the system. Finally, the satellites' attractive, low-resonance black ABS plastic cabinets blend seamlessly into virtually any decor, so you needn't worry about the speakers standing out like sore thumbs.

Each satellite measures 4.3 by 4.6 by 4.2 inches (W x H x D), while the sub checks in at 7.5 by 10.1 by 14.2 inches. The entire system is also backed by a one-year warranty.
