 I love the Kindle!!! December 2, 2008
I bought my Kindle on my daughter's recommondation. She said it was easy to use and even I could buy books and operate it. Well she was right!! I really like the adjustable font(this is great for aging vision)and the ease of buying books.I would highly recommend this for every hard to buy person. Save a tree buy a Kindle!
The Amazing Kindle December 2, 2008
I am an avid reader and I wasn't sure if I could give up actually holding the book and turnig the page, etc. Well, I have! I love my Kindle!

I quit being an avid reader years ago.
I did not like having to go to a store to purchase books due to the time spent and not finding anything of interest.
Using the Kindle and Amazon.com to review books made it more convenient since time is of great value to me.
The on line books are great. I find myself picking my Kindle up all the time now.
I have re-Kindled my love of reading again!
Battery life has not been an issue to this point per the reviews i have read. I just re-charge regulary. I purchased a spare battery with my Kindle but am having a hard time getting the battery from Amazon.com but I am sure it is worth the wait.
This is one of my all time favorite purchases.
Kindle book December 2, 2008
My recent purchase of the Kindle Book was a good purchase, However, I should have researched more on the coverage area. I live in an area that has not cell phone coverage. It takes longer for the down loads. I had to drive to a covered area to get the information downloaded. I have not yet tried to download anything from the computer. Maybe you could inform others about the coverage areas. Even though I have had this problem...I do love the Kindle Book so far.

My Kindle has been difficult to use. Although I downloaded the instructions, I would have appreciated a written book of instructions. Several books I wanted to order were unavailable in the Kindle store. Mosat serious is that my Kindle is now experiencing technical difficulties which are going to require the intervention of your technicuans. I was on the phone with Dave trying to resolve the problem via instruction but that did not work. I would like a new Kindle. I am displeased with a new product that is having the level of difficulty that my Kindle demonstrates. The current problem is that my Kindle is unable to establish a connection when I attempt to order from the Kindle store. Please stand behind your product and replace my present Kindle with one that is problem free. Thank you very much. Alison Strong
