Simply install the car kit that came with your Xpress radio in your primary vehicle, then add this kit to your spouse's car, an RV, or any other vehicle in your garage. Installation is easy, as the kit comes with everything you need for setup, including a docking station, an antenna, and a 12-volt vehicle power adapter. Best of all, there's no shortage of ways to send the XM receiver's radio signal through your speakers. You can use the included XM SureConnect cable to connect directly to your car's antenna, you can slide the cassette adapter into your cassette deck, or you can use the Xpress's line output to make a direct audio connection to any car stereo with an auxiliary input. Well, to start off with, the remote pictured is not included with this kit. Additionally, this would be a great kit if you were connecting via tape adapter or radio transmitter, but for us that like to hard wire the unit directly to the head unit it really provides a lot of extra parts you will never use.
